The Mewhinney's

We took a trip to the Mewhinney's on Canada Day.

Remy had a GREAT time with all their toys!

Here is Remy getting a ride in the "Hummer Truck"

with Abbey. He looks a little scared...

For a little extra Canada fun, Cindy and Derek rented a

"bouncy house". Remy had a lot of fun bouncing around

with the other kids.

Remy's ride with Ethan in the Hummer Truck was a little

less frightening. Good driving Ethan!

Wearing Mommy's Shoes

I'm sure every child does this at some point...

We'll work on getting them on the right feet

for the next time!

Eating Popsicles

Remy is having his first popsicle. As you can tell, he is

enjoying it!

This is Remy's new playhouse in the backyard.

We don't have too much grass at the moment,

so a playhouse seemed a little safer then a slide.

Counting Cars

After buying some new dinky cars, Remy spent some

time counting them all. I'm not sure he

counted EXACTLY the right number,

but it was close!

Car Pile Up

One night, Remy decided to pile all his cars and trucks on our

kitchen table. It was quite a project!

Putting them away wasn't nearly as fun...

Stratford

In April, I spent a week in Stratford Adjudicating their Music Festival.

Rob and Remy came to visit me one afternoon. Lucky for us it was a warm day!

We had a walk in the park - as you can see Remy had lots of fun!

This was where I stayed for the week.

I had my own apartment on the top floor of this house.

It was pretty cool.

Easter

We celebrated Easter at Grandpa and Grandma Ficzere's.

Remy received some new trains from Auntie...

...and some books. This one was particularly cute!

This was taken just before Easter when Nana came to visit.

This is Nana's special book that Remy LOVES.

Every time we talk to Nana on the phone or on skype,

he asks for the book!
